Our recent full team meeting was a day of collaboration, innovation and team spirit.  We spent time in our individual workstreams with our Fire Safety Consultants, Fire Engineers, and Business Services team, engaged in meaningful discussions about key business and industry updates, and embodied the dynamic spirit that drives our approach to fire safety.

The day was further enriched by insightful individual presentations, where team members shared knowledge, sparked new ideas, and reinforced our commitment to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of fire safety advancements.

With thanks to the Metropolitan Police, a highlight of the day was our team-building activity, where we tackled a cyber escape room challenge. This exercise wasn’t just about problem-solving – it reflected our ethos of collaboration and proactive thinking.

We value the time we spend together, and we’re reminded of the importance of face-to-face interactions and the strength of our united team.  We left feeling not only more connected to our roles but also invigorated, with a renewed sense of community.
